Campus Compass (“Campus Compass,” “we,” “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users who access or utilize the Campus Compass Platform (“Platform”). This Privacy Policy applies to administrators, staff, employees, and other authorized users whose access is provisioned by a participating organization.

Campus Compass is not designed for direct student use and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Campus Compass does not sell or rent user data to third parties.

Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal and contractual requirements. Upon termination of an organizational relationship, information may be securely archived or deleted pursuant to Campus Compass data retention protocols.

While Campus Compass strives to maintain high availability, the Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus Compass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Campus Compass maintains an incident response program to investigate, mitigate, and notify organizations of security events consistent with contractual and legal requirements.
